At Crack Roastery, we take great care in preparing and delivering our products to ensure the best quality and freshness for our customers.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed, shipped, or delivered.

This policy applies especially to perishable goods such as coffee, food items, beverages, and any related products that cannot be resold once delivered.

Damages, Wrong Items, or Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:
